Recruitment

 

HR SERVICES ON CALL complies with all legislation governing the employment of staff whether on a temporary or permanent nature. All employees are employed with legitimate employment contracts. Annextures to the employment contracts are discussed and signed by each temporary employee as their assignments change. Pay rates comply strictly to the Industrial council minimum rates for the industry; Benefits are included in the contracts and payrates. All employees receive sealed confidential payslips on a weekly or monthly basis and wages/salaries are paid directly into bank accounts by EFT.

 

Temporary and contract employees can be trained in the employers Induction programme or will be inducted in the disciplinary code of good practice as specified in the LRA, unless the employer Disciplinary code is available in which case this will be applied. HR Services on Call will make …
