TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT (CONTRACT) SERVICES : (TES)

HR SERVICES ON CALL complies with all legislation governing the employment of staff whether on a temporary or permanent nature. All employees are employed with legitimate employment contracts. Annextures to the employment contracts are discussed and signed by each temporary employee as their assignments change. Pay rates comply strictly to the Industrial council minimum rates for the industry; Benefits are included in the contracts and payrates. All employees receive sealed confidential payslips on a weekly or monthly basis and wages/salaries are paid directly into bank accounts by EFT.
Temporary and contract employees can be trained in the employers Induction programme or will be inducted in the disciplinary code of good practice as specified in the LRA, unless the employer Disciplinary code is available in which case this will be applied. HR Services on Call will make every effort to ensure that the employer organization is aware of the requirements of being registered with workman’s compensation and will request that the employer organization provide COIDA (WCA) cover to temporary employees working in their premises or on site.

We calculate the management fee on the base salary of the TES employee only. Provision for leave pay, sick leave pay and all statutory provisions are not included in our management fee and are shown as a separate item on the quotes prepared for clients who want to use our labour broking or TES Services.
