Business development Consultants – Randburg area.

Looking for game changers who have the ability to develop new business using a consultative approach to sell solutions to Senior Executives who the consultant will collaborate with to develop and grow high performance sales teams.

Experience required:   a proven track record of success in B2B sales with long sales cycles.  Proven track record of selling to Snr management and executives;

Must be a hunter by nature to identify and develop new business.

Education required:   Minimum tertiary education in either Business/sales or Training fields OR 8 yrs sales experience.

Expectations:   Your day will include – Customer research and prospecting for business; Consulting with customers using unique diagnostic customer engagement process to assist the customer with solving challenges within the sales team.
Co- creating and drafting solutions supported by ROI calculators;  Presenting and gaining consensus with Exco, Manco, And snr Management teams; Dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing the customer relationship; Metrics reporting and admin related to the sales process.

You will have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
